Samantha Marrone-Prevention Specialist

Hi, my name is Samantha Marrone, and I am a Prevention Specialist here at ADAC. In my role, I
work to educate students, families, and community members about substance use prevention,
mental health, and overall wellness.
I teach evidence-based programs such as Too Good for Drugs and Too Good for Violence in
local schools, helping students build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, and make
informed decisions. I also facilitate Teen Intervene, an early intervention program aimed at
supporting adolescents in exploring healthy choices and reducing risky behaviors related tosubstance use.
In addition, I provide presentations and educational programs for community organizations,
agencies, and residents on a variety of prevention and wellness topics. I am currently pursuing
my Master of Social Work (MSW) degree and have a strong passion for working with children
and adolescents. What I enjoy most about prevention work is the opportunity to build meaningful
connections and make a positive impact in the community.
ADAC is proud to be an OASAS Prevention Provider, dedicated to reducing adolescent substance use through education and awareness efforts in the community.
