Hi, my name is Crystal Baird, and I am a Prevention Educator here at ADAC. After joining ADAC as a part-time employee one year ago, I am excited to begin a new chapter as a full-time Prevention Educator, continuing my commitment to helping young people build healthy, successful futures.

My passion for working with children began after becoming a mom. Having my daughter inspired me to pursue a career where I could make a positive impact on the lives of young people. I believe every child deserves someone who believes in them, encourages them, and equips them with the skills to make healthy, confident decisions.

As a Prevention Educator, I deliver engaging, evidence-based programs to students throughout Orange County. I enjoy creating interactive learning experiences that help students build confidence, strengthen communication and decision-making skills, and understand the importance of making positive choices both in and out of the classroom.

I am passionate about fostering a supportive environment where students feel valued, respected, and empowered to reach their full potential. My goal is for every student to leave my classroom knowing they have the ability to overcome challenges, make healthy choices, and create a bright future for themselves.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, who continue to inspire my passion for making a difference in the lives of children and the community I serve.
