Community Based Prevention
One of the goals of ADAC is to educate and provide the community with the resources it needs to combat the dangers of underage drinking and substance use.
ADAC’s highly trained Prevention Specialists are available to assist communities in addressing substance related issues by helping mobilize, assess, evaluate and implement evidence-based practices known to reduce substance use issues in communities. We assist individuals and groups in communities concerned about substance use by offering information, education, presentations, and trainings. ADAC is proud to be an OASAS Prevention Provider, dedicated to reducing adolescent substance use through education and awareness efforts in the community.
